Privacy Policy
Effective: July 26, 2026 Version 1.0
This Policy explains how Personal Life Assistant / predict-future.com handles personal data. Contact dragon.tyl@163.com for privacy requests.
1. Data We Process
- Account data: username, password hash, email, phone, verification status, membership and timestamps.
- Chart data: sex, birth date, time, city, time zone, chart and calculation results. Birth location is used for time-zone, longitude and solar-time adjustment.
- Display and optional identity data: a name or nickname used to distinguish records, plus any government ID you voluntarily provide. A legal name is not required and government ID is currently optional. Identity data may support verification, record claims or separately disclosed future social features.
- Content you submit: AI prompts, conversations, training cases, friend and relationship data, feedback and notification preferences.
- Transactions: order number, plan, amount, status, channel and refund records. We generally do not store full card numbers.
- Device and logs: IP address, user agent, paths, login records, feature events, error and security logs.
- Practitioner-pilot leads: name, work email, country or region, practice type, client-volume range, requested features, price preference and interview or prepayment interest submitted through the pilot page.
2. Purposes
We process data to operate accounts, calculate charts, generate requested content, preserve history, provide paid benefits, process payments and refunds, secure and troubleshoot the Service, measure a genuine product funnel and improve the product.
3. AI Processing
When generative features are enabled, the prompt, question, chart summary, birth data or relationship context needed for the request is sent to the configured AI API gateway (currently potentially ai.9w7.cn) and the model providers it invokes. The product may currently display DeepSeek or other configured models. Do not enter unrelated sensitive data in free-text prompts.
AI entry points disclose this transfer before submission. Generated results begin with an “AI Generated” label, and copied text or exported images retain a visible label. Users should not remove it to present generated content as human-authored professional advice.
4. Service Provider Categories
Depending on enabled configuration, providers may include AI gateways and model providers; Lemon Squeezy, Apple, WeChat Pay or Alipay; QQ Mail SMTP and Alibaba Cloud SMS; Baidu Analytics or Plausible; Sentry; Cloudflare and Tencent Cloud; and IP/location services including ipify. Providers may process data outside your jurisdiction under their own terms.
5. Retention
- Account and chart data: while the account remains active, then deleted or de-identified after a valid deletion request unless law requires retention.
- Conversations and training cases: until user deletion or account deletion, subject to cleanup of long-inactive data.
- Raw visit and feature logs: normally no more than 12 months, then deleted or aggregated.
- Payment and refund records: as required for tax, accounting, fraud and disputes, commonly 3–10 years.
- Minimal compliance records: normally no more than 3 years.
- Practitioner pilot leads: normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact; marketing use stops promptly after opt-out or a clear refusal.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, export, correction or deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, disable non-essential notifications, and raise a complaint. Account tools or email may be used. We may verify your password, email or phone to prevent unauthorized requests.
We normally complete a valid account-deletion request within 15 business days or explain any delay and legally required retention. A request can be cancelled from the account page before completion, and confirmation is sent after processing.
7. Security, Children and Cookies
We use password hashing, access controls, HTTPS, signature verification, rate limits, logs and backups. No internet service is perfectly secure. The paid Service is not directed to minors. Session cookies are necessary for login; local storage may remember language, location display and interface preferences.
8. Updates
Material changes will be communicated through the Service or available contact details. Third-party services have their own privacy notices.
