Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Personal Life Assistant / predict-future.com (the “Service”).

1. Nature of the Service

The Service combines traditional BaZi materials, rule-based calculations, machine-learning models and generative AI to provide charts, cultural interpretations, daily trend observations, relationship analysis and educational tools. Results are for cultural study, entertainment and personal reflection. They are not guarantees of real-world events.

2. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to use the Service. Users under 18 must not purchase paid services. Do not submit data about a child under 14 unless you are the child’s guardian and have a lawful, necessary reason.

3. Accounts and Data

You must provide information you are authorized to provide and protect your credentials. A displayed “name” may be a label or nickname used to distinguish records and need not be your legal name; government ID is currently optional. Identity data may be used for verification, record claims or future social features only after any additional notice and consent required by law. Birth date, time and city are used for chart calculation, time-zone and solar-time adjustments.

Do not enter another person’s data without authorization or use the Service to identify, impersonate, harass or harm anyone.

4. AI and Service Providers

When AI features are enabled, prompts, questions, chart summaries, birth data or relationship data needed to produce a response may be sent to the configured AI gateway and model providers. AI-generated content is identified in the interface. Do not place unnecessary sensitive information in prompts.

Labels include “AI Generated · For Reference Only” at the beginning of or beside generated text, an automatic label in copied text, and a visible notice in exported images. Generation attributes are added to file metadata where technically supported. Do not maliciously remove, falsify or conceal legally required AI labels; retain them and use any declaration feature required by a publication platform.

5. Payments and Refunds

Current prices, terms and benefits appear at checkout. Purchases made through Apple, Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider are also subject to that provider’s terms. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and mandatory local law.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful conduct, fraud, threats, discrimination, harassment, privacy violations, impersonation, scraping, security attacks, access-control circumvention or harmful automated decisions. You must not present outputs as scientific medical diagnoses, legal opinions, investment advice or guaranteed predictions.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, interface, brand and original content are protected by applicable law. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure and improve the Service. Personal, non-commercial saving of your own reports is permitted; commercial redistribution requires written permission.

8. Changes and Liability

We use reasonable efforts to provide a secure and reliable Service, but models, traditional methods, networks and third parties can be inaccurate or unavailable. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, other liability is reasonably limited to the fees actually paid for the affected service.
